  • Session fees vary depending on the type of service and the individual clinician. Our clients are responsible for payment at time of service and we do not accept insurance. If you'd like to learn more, feel free to contact your therapist directly—they’ll be glad to answer any questions and help guide you through the process.

  • Absolutely—we offer both in-person and virtual sessions!

  • Virtual therapy provides the same level of support as in-person sessions, offering a convenient and secure way for us to connect over a HIPAA-compliant video platform. It’s a flexible option designed to fit your needs, allowing you to receive compassionate care from the comfort of your space. We’re here to ensure you feel supported throughout the process, wherever you are.

  • Individual sessions are 45 minutes, while couples, family sessions, and intensives are tailored to fit your unique needs and schedule. Each clinician offers specific session lengths based on their approach and your goals. We offer a variety of flexible options to ensure you receive the support and care that works best for you.

  • tIf you're ready to begin, simply click the “let’s start this journey” link and fill out a short form. One of our therapists will connect with you in the way you feel most comfortable. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll gather a few simple details and schedule your first session. You’ll then receive a secure link to our client portal where you can digitally complete everything you need before we meet.

  • In your first session, we’ll review the legal and ethical aspects of therapy to ensure your privacy and protection, and then gently begin exploring what brings you here. During the initial sessions, we may ask a range of questions to get to know you better and understand how we can offer the best support as you begin your healing journey.
