Licensed PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR
I believe each person deserves to be seen and known just as they are. There’s something deeply healing about sharing your story and having someone with you in the tender, difficult places—offering presence as you move toward healing.

Hi! I'm Caitlin and I am so glad you are here! It is a priority for me to create a safe space for people to bring all parts of themselves and their story so they can do the work to accomplish their therapeutic goals. I love guiding clients to the depth of their story and life experiences and especially love seeing them find the growth and transformation they desire.
I support:
Individuals (adolescents, teens, adults) in addressing the root causes of emotional distress—such as attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, and trauma
Families navigating challenges like developmental stress, attachment wounds, conflict, and trauma
Adolescents & Teens in navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, identity, and peer relationships.
Athletes & Coaches by addressing performance-related stress, building mental resilience, enhancing focus and emotional well-being, and fostering a balanced approach to both sport and life.
Those affected by trauma to rebuild a sense of safety and empower them to reclaim their well-being.
Whether you are struggling with current or past relationships, unresolved trauma, attachment wounds, or just want a safe space to share your experiences and hurt, I would love to have the opportunity to walk alongside you in your healing journey.

I believe that every person has the ability to find freedom and healing when they feel safe, seen, and loved. My approach is to meet individuals exactly where they are in their journey, embracing them for who they are—even in the messiness—and it’s a true honor to walk alongside them through this process.
I specialize in supporting individuals, families, athletes, and coaches with:
Trauma healing, including developmental, relational, and complex trauma
Attachment wounds and patterns that impact connection and emotional safety
Anxiety, stress, and nervous system regulation, through a body-based, integrative lens
Relational dynamics, including conflict, communication, and emotional intimacy
Self-worth, identity, and life transitions, for those wanting to feel more aligned and whole
Sports performance, including managing performance anxiety, enhancing mental resilience, improving focus, and maintaining a healthy balance between sports and personal well-being
I use an integrative approach that focuses on emotional awareness and somatic regulation, blending the mind, body, and spirit. In our sessions, I will help you learn to connect to and listen to your body, helping you navigate both your internal and external worlds. I also incorporate an informed Internal Family Systems approach to deepen the therapeutic process.

My journey as a therapist is unique, as I always say, "my own therapy journey and Jesus saved my life." Through my own work, I have realized that our wounds can become a story of His redemption, and I find it deeply honoring to be able to sit with others in their healing journey.
This is my second career, and to be honest, I never could have imagined the profound privilege of sitting with people through their challenges. Before becoming a therapist, I spent ten years teaching high school biology and coaching varsity girls' basketball, which gave me valuable experience working with teens and families. As a former Division I athlete, I also have a deep understanding of the athletic experience, allowing me to connect meaningfully with both current and former athletes.
I hold a Master’s degree in Licensed Professional Counseling with specialized training in trauma-informed care, and I am informed in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. My therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that healing is a deeply personal journey, unique to each individual. I view each person as a whole being—and at the heart of my work is helping you integrate your mind, body, and spirit. I have pursued training in integrative approaches that support healing, including mindfulness, nervous system regulation, attachment-based therapies, IFS, and faith-sensitive care.
At the end of the day, I am just a messy human that loves loving other messy humans. The heart of my work is to love people exactly where they are. I respect you for being here, and I am honored and deeply humbled to walk alongside those seeking healing. You’re so brave!
