I believe love heals. We’re all a little messy—myself included—and there is always grace, healing, and hope available to any of us brave enough to pursue it.

  • I have the deep honor of walking alongside individuals, couples, and families who are navigating the complexities of being human. I work with those who are ready to look inward—those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure, but know there’s more possible for their life and relationships.

    My work is rooted in the belief that love heals and healing happens in safe, attuned relationships—both with others and with ourselves. I also trust that healing is sacred work, and I hold space with the understanding that we are each created with purpose, dignity, and deep inner wisdom.

    • Adults seeking healing from past experiences, managing stress or anxiety, or wanting to reconnect with themselves

    • Couples navigating relationship challenges, rebuilding trust, or deepening emotional intimacy

    • Families working through patterns of disconnection, communication struggles, or significant transitions

    • Those carrying trauma, who are learning to feel safe in their body and present in their lives again

    • Those in abusive relationships, who are seeking to understand their experiences, find safety, and reclaim their personal strength

    Whether you’re just beginning your healing journey or continuing the work, my approach is always grounded in compassion, curiosity, and care. Together, we create a space where you can come home to yourself—gently, fully, and in your own time.

  • Over the years, I’ve come to specialize in areas that often hold deep pain, but also offer meaningful pathways to growth, resilience, and reconnection.

    I specialize in supporting individuals, couples, and families with:

    • Trauma healing, including developmental, relational, and complex trauma

    • Healing from abusive relationships, helping to reclaim personal power, safety, and self-worth

    • Attachment wounds and patterns that impact connection and emotional safety

    • Anxiety, stress, and nervous system regulation, through a body-based, integrative lens

    • Relational dynamics, including conflict, communication, and emotional intimacy

    • Self-worth, identity, and life transitions, for those wanting to feel more aligned and whole

    I am an integrative therapist that uses multiple therapeutic modalities such as: somatic practices, Brainspotting, parts work (IFS-inspired), and mind-body awareness to support deeper healing that honors your lived experience—emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

    Whether you carry questions, hope, weariness, or faith the size of a seed, I believe healing is possible—and you don’t have to walk it alone.

  • My path to becoming a therapist is one of peaks and valleys—messy, challenging, often times deeply hard and painful, while also mixed with beauty and joy. It’s a journey that’s shaped me with humility, compassion, a giant heart, and a profound respect and understanding for the courage it takes to heal.

    While I hold a Master’s Degree in Licensed Professional Counseling and have received specialized training in trauma-informed care, somatic therapy, yoga, and Brainspotting, I believe my life—and my own healing journey, walking with Jesus and supported by several therapists along the way—have been my most effective teachers. Through this process, I’ve learned that healing is both sacred and relational. I believe that to truly guide others, we must be willing to do the hard personal work ourselves. We cannot take anyone any place we are not willing to go ourselves. The combination of my experiences and training informs how I walk with others on their own journeys of growth, wholeness, and peace.

    My clinical work is rooted in both evidence-based practices and the belief that healing involves the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I’ve pursued advanced training in approaches that support integration, including mindfulness, nervous system regulation, attachment-based therapies, and faith-sensitive care.

    As a girl that loves Jesus, I understand the desire for, and offer, a counseling space that honors both emotional and spiritual growth. While I work with clients from all backgrounds, I offer faith-based support as an option for those who wish to integrate their beliefs into the healing process.

    My heart is tenderly committed to a deep respect for each individual’s unique journey. It is both a privilege and a sacred honor to walk alongside those who are seeking clarity, growth, healing, and wholeness.
